1. Description of Contest:
The “Daddy Yankee RBK Custom Contest” (“Contest”) is a skill-based competition in which amateur/ would-be shoe designers will compete for a trip to Los Angeles to attend a Daddy Yankee performance, as well as the chance to have their design chosen by Reebok for possible manufacture and distribution.

2. Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective states of residence. Employees of Interscope Records (“Sponsor”, “Administrator”), Reebok International, Ltd. (“Prize Provider”) and their parents, subsidiaries, agents, licensees, partners, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families, regardless of whether they reside in the same household, are not eligible to participate. You are not eligible if you have any of the following:

-           a contract for talent representation (for example, an agent or manager);
-           any contract outlining the terms of representation;
-           a publicists;
-           a design or consulting contract (whether directly with a label, manufacturer, distributor, design or consulting firm, or through any third party company that provides creative services the aforementioned entities);
-           a merchandising, manufacturing or distribution agreement; or,
-           any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from entering into an agreement with Reebok International, Ltd.
“Excluded Parties.” Void in Puerto Rico.  Void where prohibited. The contest begins on 12:00 AM PDT on June 18, 2007, and ends 11:59 PDT on July 18, 2007 (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter:
You must create a computer generated image of your design at www.rbkcustom.com.  You may enter as an individual or you may enter as a team. (limit two [2] persons) Create a JPG of your design and submit your design online at www.daddyyankeecustom.com or print your design (your “Submission”) and mail to Interscope Records “Daddy Yankee/ RBK Custom Contest” 2220Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404. You must include a completed, printed entry form and publicity waiver, and sign a statement certifying that (1) your Submission has not won a previous award/prize; (2) your Submission has not been previously manufactured, distributed or reproduced; (3) you are not a professional designer (i.e. you have not received compensation of any sort for your designs, past or present); and (4) that your Submission is original and that you own all rights, title and interest in your Submission. Entries must be sent by regular first-class mail or registered mail. Entries must be postmarked by June 18, 2007, and received no later than July 18, 2007.  Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.  All rights, title and interest of entries received by Sponsor become the Property of the Prize Provider and will not be returned.

4. Judging:
All entries will be judged by a panel of judges, based on the following criteria: creativity/originality of the design. (100%)  In the event of a tie, the person among the tied entries with the highest score in the creativity/originality of the design is the winner. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Winner will be notified by mail, telephone and/or email. The Submissions will be posted online for public voting between 12:00 AM PDT on June 23, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. PDT on July 18, 2007. Voting instructions will be posted online. The entrant with the highest number of votes will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, the entrant who received the highest score in the judges voting will be deemed the winner.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value:
One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) pair of self-designed Daddy Yankee/ RBK Custom Shoes.  Two (2) copies of the Daddy Yankee “El Cartel: The Big Boss” CD.  Trip for two (2) to see recording artist Daddy Yankee perform in Los Angeles, CA. (on a date to be determined by Sponsor) If the concert is cancelled for any reason, winner will receive the trip portion of the prize (less ground transportation to and from concert) without additional compensation.  Trip consists of round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s residence (selected at the discretion of Sponsor), ground transportation (From airport to hotel, from hotel to concert; from concert to hotel, from hotel to airport), two-nights (2) hotel accommodations for two (2) guests (only) at a hotel to be chosen by the Sponsor at Sponsor’s discretion (hotel stay does not include room service, meals, alcoholic beverages or other incidental charges), and two (2) tickets to the concert.  Approximate retail value: Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) (actual value depends on location of winner’s residence). All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and on dates specified by Sponsor. Accommodations are subject to availability. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Conditions of Participation:
No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days following the date of the first attempted notification, certifying, among other things, that: (a) the Submission has not won a previous prize/award or been previously published/reproduced; (b) the winner is not a professional songwriter; and (c) the Submission is original. Winner hereby further agrees that he/she will sign any documents necessary to transfer copyright of the song and performance to Sponsor within seven (7) days following the date of the first attempted notification.

7. By participating, entrants grant their permission for the use of their names, photographs, likenesses, biographical information and/or statements for advertising or promotion on behalf of Sponsor in all media worldwide, without limitation, notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless the Excluded Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever that may occur in connection with, preparation for, the Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize and for any claims based on publicity rights or invasion of privacy.

9. Governing Law:
The Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California, with regard to the principals of conflicts of law or resort to class action suits, and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket losses, not including, attorneys’ fees.

10. Winner’s List:
For the name of the winner, available after September 18, 2007, send a separate self-addressed stamped envelope to Interscope Records “Daddy Yankee/ RBK Custom Contest” 2220Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404..
